Looking to brighten the holidays for some sick kids, Victoria Justice was spotted at the Children?s Hospital Orange County yesterday (December 19).

The ?Victorious? babe looked beautiful as she visited a bunch of patient rooms, playing video games and chatting with the under-the-weather boys and girls.

And as an early Christmas present, Victoria has posted a video of her ?Baby It?s Cold Outside? duet with Leon Thomas III.
